Worked as the second line of support for Intel Employees, Task Included not limited to: Installing, Preparing Computers/Notebooks for Intel new hired or current Employees Configuring ILO for hp servers also installing server's operating system. Troubleshoot and Fix all the IT Technical issues, within Intel Cairo site, or remotely for the other sites of the region. Meeting customers face to face and handling & prioritizing problems. Perform routine backups & archival of files to assist with disaster recovery. Escalating and identify any critical issues. Analyzing user support Statistics/data and recommending appropriate measures. Answering incoming calls from clients, processing emails and logging calls. Following procedures/checklists and updating support documentation.
