Job Description: supervisor General accounting Oracle Applications Field:Had Experience in Oracle Modules:✓ Payable Module✓ Receivable module✓ G.L Module.✓ Payroll Module.✓ Fixed assets Module.Employee accounts Field: ​Entry & Analysis the employee accounts:✓ Employee Car Loans.✓ Employee Advanced Loans.✓ Employee Bills Deduction.✓ Employee Mobile Loans.✓ Salary payable✓ Profit share prepayment.✓ Run Payroll Monthly for all Companies in Group Intercompany Field:✓ Analysis the intercompany accounts for group between each other (36 Company)✓ Make reconciliation between intercompany accounts.✓ Entry the needed adjustments to match the balances between intercompany.✓ Prepare Matrix Intercompany monthly.✓ Prepare report shows the transfer between companies & Sales & Purchasing. Fixed Assets Field:✓ Entry the fixed asset invoices.✓ Responsible about register of fixed assets (Additions & Disposals).✓ Run Depreciation monthly.✓ Responsible about register of PUC (Projects under constructions)✓ Prepare lead of fixed assets monthly.✓ Prepare lead of PUC (Project under Constructions).✓ Prepare lead of tax fixed assets.
