I will always go for my team and will try to achieve the optimal experience for my colleagues and myself, provided it still fits within the larger goals.After 24 years I decided to leave my company for a new path in life. I entered the stock market.This stock trading is characterized by transparent prices (the stock prices) and toughness. In this time I trained my mindset for three years to always go for success. To limit losses and decline as soon as possible. Mindset, protecting profits and going for success are key elements in stock trading.In addition, I was trained as a Master Practitioner NLP Coach in 2021 and 2022, combined with Transactional Analysis and Systemic Work. In this time I was able to further train my personality as someone who likes to work with people. I provide training in mindset, awareness and coaching on an individual level.In 2022 I became a race track instructor to combine my passion for coaching and mindset with my passion for motorcycling.

We made from 1 cent to 2 euros and chocolate “€” in different packaging. ◼ January - December 2002: more than 2 million chocolate euro coins swere old to companies / institutions in the EU.◼ January 2004: new webshop with order function. Connected the backend with accounting to the webshop ◼ May 2005: I created chocolate capital letter with logo. A Chocolate logo shield was placed on the chocolate capital letter ◼ January 2006: my brother Frank and I got full ownership of LogoChoc ◼ January 2009: new webshop ◼ 2009 - 2013: the economic crisis. Our turnover decreased by 40% in 2009 compared to 2008. These years we focused on smaller gifts and chocolate with high volume. Our focus went to resellers, restaurants, hotels and catering to increase order turn over. These years were in survival mode. ◼ 2009 - 2013: number of orders +100%. ◼ 2009 - 2013: sales: +60% ◼ 2013: new Magento webshop. Sales +25% ◼ 2017: permanent employees from 2 to 3. Temporary workers 5 people. Turnover and orders continue to grow. ◼ 2018: permanent employees 3. Temporary workers 6 people. ◼ 2019: LogoChoc's most successful year in my time. When I started, customers were visited and letters with a standard brochure were sent. My vision at the time was to have customer contact through computers with a quotation system and invoicing. As a result, the customer would receive the offers faster. Offers and ideas are easier to personalize. I wanted to sell more to our existing customers instead of trying to win new customers all the time. LogoChoc grew into an online and offline market leader in logo chocolate. ◼ August 1996: start of sales by visiting companies. After a day’s work, I had requests and orders. But I also drove thousands of kilometers each month and couldn't work "on" the business. I wanted to modernize.◼ September 1996: introduction of computers. Quotation speed +100% and more precision◼ February 1997: PhotoShop integration in customer contact. Customers received a photo of their own logo on chocolate with quotation by postal mail◼ October 1997: every employee has a mobile phone◼ January 1998: I wanted to visit fewer customers. My new standard became a Photoshop photo and proposal with a sample package of chocolate. Driven kilometers: -80%. Increase in sales: +50%◼ March 1998: starting with email as a communication tool for requests and a sample package by postal mail.
