I’m a Generalist Social Worker recently graduated who is also seeking the opportunity to grow and advance in my career. I am an individual who is passionate about helping others, considers myself very resilient, hardworking and who is great as a team player and also by myself. I am confident that I’m an individual who will produce the results your organization desires or needs. I’m a disciplined person and also never misses an opportunity to continue learning something new. I love giving back to my community so I never miss the chance to do so as I’m always volunteering at infirmaries and homes whether by myself or with my church group or team mates. I’ve been to the Mustard Seed communities and the National home for senior citizens where I interacted with individuals there ranging from 8-35 and 50-80 years respectively. I’ve also completed internship at the Manchester Youth Innovation Centre and I’ve learnt a lot as I had to conduct individual and group counseling sessions as well as engage a youthful crowd and plan youth jams for the region as well. I also completed voluntary hours at the West Indies College Preparatory School in the sun of 233 hours. I love working in a challenging environment and I love to use my resourcefulness to solve problems to the best of my ability. I’m a highly driven individual who strives for great results and I have good interpersonal skills and also good counseling skills as well. I also have skills in the insurance sector as I was a insurance customer service representative while doing summer work at British Caribbean Insurance Company for the past 4 years. I also have administrative skills as well and great communication skills, I believe I confidently have the skills you need at your company.
