With an associate's degree in structural engineering from Ain Shams University, I joined AluNile as a structural engineer in Sep 2023. AluNile is a leading company in the building and industrial sectors, offering innovative and sustainable solutions for various structures. I apply my civil engineering knowledge and analytical skills to design, construct, and maintain these structures, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the stakeholders.I also have expertise in claims management and resolution, which I gained during my internship as a contracts engineer at Orascom Construction PLC, one of the leading construction companies in Egypt and the Middle East. There, I supported the project teams in preparing and negotiating claims, as well as monitoring and controlling the contractual aspects of the projects. I developed my core competencies of problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, which are essential for my current role. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and contribute to the success of the organization.
