Arbor Rising is on a mission to empower our low-income neighbors to secure a path out of poverty. We do this by providing both financial support and in-depth consulting to promising social entrepreneurs to help grow their ideas into powerful forces for change.

Managing all activities for the design and development of a high-quality teacher preparation program and new certification pathway through HVA's graduate school of education, the Progressive Education Institute.• Identify and support the operational needs in the inaugural year of the charter network's graduate school of education• Manage relationship with institutional partner, which offers a new pathway to teacher certification for approximately 30 elementary teachers• Create the strategic plan and systems to lead the organization through the state authorization and accreditation processes

Launched and managed the Regional Achievement Centers: the state's school improvement initiative supporting 220 of New Jersey's lowest performing schools.
