As part of the Team in charge to develop this greenfield plant, I am responsible in implementing and managing Quality Assurance and Quality Systems. This role involves:- Implement QA systems for production control and release- Establish all the necessary contacts to have the systems running- Coordinate necessary system certification (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)- Coordinate necessary specific customer certifications (VW, PSA, Fiat, GM, Ford, Volvo, Daimler, etc)- Supplier Quality Assurance - Customer Quality Engineering- Quality Assurance Laboratory - Product Audit- Develop Plant QIP in order to achieve the Quality objectives- Follow and implement customer requirements- Follow internal and external audits and ensure that solutions defined for topics that occur- Follow-up development phases for new products, participate to global review meetings

Manager of the Quality Assurance Team for multiple production locations, Team composed of:- Process Quality Assurance (Airbags and steering wheels)- Quality Management System - Supplier Quality Assurance - Customer Quality Engineering- Quality Assurance Laboratory - Product Audit- APQP engineeringMain activities are:- Develop Plant QIP in order to achieve the Quality objectives- Follow and implement customer requirements- Follow internal and external audits and ensure that solutions defined for topics that occur- Follow-up development phases for new products, participate to global review meetings- Develop internal Quality Groups: identify training necessities, identify and value talents of Team members, optimize the department organisation

Coordinate Quality related activities on assigned projects (Audi, Lamborghini)- responsible in achieving the targets imposed by customer and TRW corporation- coordinate implementation of customer requirements, negotiate certain border samples in case of interpretation gaps- participate to status meetings with customer and corporate management- coordinate and help professional development the CQE group in my responsibility and department (as QM replacement)- create / optimize internal procedures and processes- coordinate QIP's / improvement initiatives in processes owned by our company and that influence the product in my responsibility- prepare training materials and train personnel -

- I was responsible for Airbag projects (customerDacia/Renault) and steering wheels (customers Dacia/Renault, Ford,Fiat, Land Rover, Daimler)As a CQE, responsibilities by TRW are:- Ensure fulfilling of customer requirements and organisationrequirements- Perform internal process audits according planning- Participates to system audits according as member of audit 2team- Ownership of problem solving team meetings in case ofcustomer claims. Ownership of following action plan/correctiveactions implementation defined in PST- Application of Quality tools in production in order to fulfil theQuality targets.- Complete specific data evaluations - Responsible in definition of customer samples/boundarysamples- Performs PPAP according customer requirements - Support for Manufacturing engineering in realising PFMEA, Control plan, Mistake proofing)- Follow implementation of significant/special/critic characteristics and also legal norms imposed by different customers- Support in performing Gage R&R tests - Create Work and control instructions for production process and specific for the process owned- Prepare and participate to customer audits - Stop production or goods delivery in case of non-conformity detected- Ensure communication with customer (present reports,analyses, presentations, action plans, etc)- Register according system requirements all the informationregarding Quality issues and share the information to the responsible persons.- Has authority in blocking/releasing components (according customer requirements)- Resident engineer in case of launches (safe launch plan) involved in to the development phases of owned project- Evaluate necessity of control gates and create inspectionstandards in case control gates are needed- Implement DLN (Dual Launch Netting) in case of new projectsor customer claims- Monitor production process in order to evaluate if operatorswork according work instructions and parameter sheets

Coordinate Timisoara site - production, deliveries, acquiring new customers, - prototyping - programming CNC centers and implement new products in production- develop and optimize process flows in order to obtain best production sequence for running projects- develop specific tooling for new projects
