Evaluates athletes’ readiness to play, and provides participation clearances when necessary and warranted Applies protective or injury preventive devices such as tape, bandages, or braces Assesses and reports the progress of recovering athletes to coaches and physicians Advises athletes on the proper use of equipment

Responsible for the effective supervision and administration of all athletic programming and or teen center including completing required reports, marketing, budgeting, purchasing and financial transactions to include revenue collection, fundraising and grant development, staff organization and development, performance evaluations

The overall goal of this company is to provide youth access to unfamiliar sports and physical activities with the hopes of creating opportunities to inspire in children a love of physical activity and play, and a willingness to move beyond previously set limits. We acknowledge that some children, specifically those of low- socioeconomic neighborhoods, may not have access to resources that would allow them to participate in or become knowledgeable about certain sporting opportunities and experiences thus Unique Sports strives to fill that void. Additionally, Unique Sports, uses physical activity as a foundation for teaching a range of “life skills” that can enrich each child’s experience of school and enhance the quality of lives.

Operate and maintain a marina based outdoor recreational facility and monitor the security and water quality for three municipal reservoirs. Provide environmental education, outdoor adventure programming, special events and water based recreational opportunities for the public.

Provide after school programming for Guilford County students (UNIQUE Sports) in partnership with Community In Schools, ensuring all students have access to the community resources and tools they need to unlock their potential and thrive.

Provided a package of services for low-income & displaced adults intended to aid in employment and educational goals through holistic and empowering programming, including instruction in résumé-writing, interview skills, and job search methods, as well as appropriate behaviors and attitudes to display in the workplace.
