Sous la direction de Béatrice Py, j’ai cherché à mettre en évidence le rôle de la protéine nfuA dans la chaîne de biosynthèse des protéines à centre Fer/Souffre chez E. coli, dans le contexte de la publication d'une review de Nature Microbiol. Outre une connaissance plus approfondie du métabolisme d’E. coli, ce stage m’a apporté une certaine aisance dans la pratique des manipulations stériles, de la culture bactérienne ainsi que de plusieurs techniques de microbiologie.

Sous la direction d’Isabelle Crenon, j’ai pu participer activement à l’avancée des réflexions et des manipulations sur un projet de recherche concernant les analogues de la lipase pancréatique humaine. En plus de m’apporter des compétences techniques et des connaissances, cette expérience de la vie en laboratoire m’a grandement conforté dans mes projets professionnels.
