I ensure that the service quality meets the standards and expectations of the clients and the workers, and that the operations comply with the local laws and regulations. I also manage the budget, contracts, and logistics of the company, and coordinate with the staff and the partners to deliver efficient and effective solutions.I have a master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, where I learned the principles and practices of managing hospitality services and facilities. I have also completed a PG diploma in Special Education, which enhanced my skills in communication, collaboration, and empathy. I am passionate about learning new areas and upgrading myself, and I am always ready to accept challenges related to work environment.
