Railrest is an exclusive partner of Thalys International which delivers a wide range of services that enhance the passenger's travel experience. The company is, among others, operating the on board Thalys Welcome Bar for Comfort 2 class passengers. Thalys is currently redesigning its Welcome Bars by implementing vending machines into them and I am in charge of the well operation and supervision of the global strategies definition for the run of all these vending machines. Directly working with the CEO and the other Executives, I am coordinating the teams to establish a full strategic plan for the launch of the first new Welcome Bar in December 2019 : - Product range proposition with pricing strategy development - Logistic strategy (filling of the machines, storage of the products, cleaning, maintenance) - HR & formation needs definition - Operations... Responsible of a project of Contract Management within the Orange Mobility Enterprise Department of Orange Business Services.The objective of this project is to implement Contract Management in OME department thanks to :- The design of a full operational procedure for both Commercial and Service Management incorporating the roles and responsibilities for each steps- The design of a central Contract Management Tool gathering the files used by the different OME teams (95 employees)My work includes : - Meeting with Managers to understand their needs and expectations on the tool- Regular meetings with the OME board to present the project progress- Redaction of a project plan and a Requirement Specifications file- Design of the Contract Management tool (content + form)- Project planning to meet deadlines- Relation with the tool’s provider- Redaction of the procedures Developed skills :- Communication- Negotiation- Meeting animation- Presentation- Organization- Work under pressure- Work with deadlines- Knowledge on IoT and Mobility industries
