Developing a management programme, Masterclub, in selected Danish cricket clubs all over Denmark, and this aims to strengthen the organisational structures in place to organise a broader variety of volunteers.This programme was designed to offer club management the needed training and network opportunies locally and nationally. Furthermore, the club management was required to look at their resources allocated to motivating volunteers and communicate their club developments to their local community. In my position as a programme manager I coordinated with national and international governing bodies in order to secure that the programme's learnings were shared to other sports as well as other countries.ACHIEVED OBJECTIVES:Established and faciliated a National Network for exclusively selected clubs to share practice on good management, coach development, game development and modern local PR via digital/human channels (eg. social media, press relations and community engagement). CO-Creation faciltating was central for the Network to identify either Wicked Problems or shared national issues for managers to focus on - utilising the Network's diverse knowledge. 13 video productions (either documentation or marketing) - for example https://video.dif.dk/crickets-masterclub-forum-we-enjoy-engaging14 newsletters and 80 web articles (using local ambassadors to discuss issues, empowering Change Management and mutal Values)Tools for club management - tested in 25% of clubs nationally prior to launch :- retainment of coaches and selection of correct volunteers- good club communication based on volunteer engagement- recruiment campaign plan for local adaptation
