As part of an Agile team responsible for delivering a web-based business system, my contributions include:- helping the Tech Lead in designing the overall system architecture- developing reusable JavaScript libraries, jQuery plugins and widgets- reviewing, refactoring, and optimization of code.- building the security and logging infrastructure.- installation and configuration of TFS Build Server, and creating Build and Deployment scripts- participation in Standup, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Estimating, and Sprint Retrospective Meetings

Accomplishments include:- enhancement of existing VB.Net system to support the enterprise-wide technology upgrade.- code analysis, and refactoring of existing modules to improve code readability and reuse, and greatly improve system performance- development of SSO component for a cloud-based HR system- development of Event and Process monitoring service module that proactively tracks the behavior of SOA-based components and processes.- development of responsive Web Application and RESTful Web Services for maintaining FTP Gateway components, using ASP.Net MVC and Web API

Led 25+ developers in building the ministry's Accounts Receivable system to replace a mainframe-based legacy application. With tight deadline and limited access to business SME's, working with the Project Manager, the software was delivered above expectation and within schedule. The system was regarded as the most successfully delivered in the ministry, in terms of stability, user satisfaction, and timing. Responsibilities include:- requirements analysis and documentation- system architecture design- leading team status meeting and brain storming- mentoring junior analysts and developers, and performing code review- project estimating, planning and scheduling- identifying strength of team members and matching them with appropriate tasks- design and implementation of critical modules- database design and performance optimization

- Designed and developed a Reporting framework- Worked, with a team of 10+ developers, on a critical business system for managing mineral leases and agreements. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, and working side-by-side with the Technical Lead, my main role was to work on tasks that are deemed critical, important or time sensitive.- Designed and developed an inventory system for tracking IT resources (systems, tools, servers, contacts), allowing users to easily search and examine the relationships between resource - Enhancement and maintenance of web application for publishing Information Bulletins on the web, developed using ASP.NET(C#) and SQL Server. - Enhancement of a web-based roster application, using VB.NET and SQL Server. - Supported and enhanced a variety of systems, ranging from contract management, time tracking, survey, and LiveLink API programming.

Client: Network Technology PartnersSummary: Developed a quote server back‐end for a stock trading application using Visual Basic. The system fetches information from a quote provider and interfaces with an unlimited number of front-end clients subscribing for ticker symbols. The system also talks with other back‐end modules that handle accounts and orders. The module was later migrated to C# and was redesigned to benefit from synchronization, threading, and remoting capabilities. Technologies and environment include VB6, COM, MTS, C#, XML, SQL Server 2000, Windows 200.Client: Marketlink PharmaSummary: Constructed a web-based territory management system using C#, ASP.Net, and SQL Server 2000. The system allowed medical representatives to upload their daily activities to a central server thru text messaging. Management reports are accessible thru a secured web application.
