- Air Imports Solution: In past 5 years, in charge of one of the world’s largest retailers & vendors to manage their import shipments from Far East to their US distribution centre, safely on time with better rates and reliable services. Process averagely 12000CBM air import console shipments plus 2 to 4 charter flights per year for executive accounts and other air import shipments under different terms (FOB, FCA, DDP etc.). Trace & provide support services such as warehouse transfer, ATME filing and "To door" services. Using professional communication and analyst skills to provide low cost/ highly efficient solution for clients. Cooperate with multiple major airlines and ground handling agents. Assist CHB with Customs/Bureau Hold/Exams process.- Air & Ocean Export (FCL & LCL): Process averagely 20+ air export consoles and 40 ocean LCL & FCL export yearly from the U.S. to Far East, Middle East & Europe. Well communicated and maintain good relationships with steamship line, airlines, and major carries west coast sales team. Provide full solution including quoting and timeline arrangement. Process all export shipments ACE filling per customs requirement. - Warehouse Receiving & Inventory Management: 4 years bonded warehouse operation & management experience. Supervising in house warehouse team and corporate with other CFS to managing cargo inventories’ status by receiving, air ULD/ocean containers, breakdown/deveining, segregation, storing and set up to door delivery. Proficiency in using and operating the Intelligent Transportation System for customers & shipments coordinating, filling, sorting, tracing, invoicing etc. - Summary: Well competent for above duty by great problem solving and communication skills. Always put customers’ expectation as priority, advanced excellent multi-task and time management skill to make sure achieve customers requirement on time.
