In my role as Chief Executive Officer with SurgOne, PC, I was responsible for creating and directing execution of day-to-day operational processes for multi-site surgical practice with twenty-three locations and 40 specialists, while maintaining viability and future relevance of organization. I was tasked with managing all financial analysis and reporting activities for multiple locations, including budgets, revenue, expenses, cost estimates, procurement, and invoicing. I had a key role in maintaining strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines/standards, including Medicare guidelines. I led and trained a team of 5 direct and 80 indirect reports. My other responsibilities included, cultivating partnerships with physician communities, hospitals, and managed care service providers as well as negotiating various contracts for services and reimbursement. I conducted and ran all general physician and physician board meetings while promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation in the organization.In addition, I successfully launched an independent MSO and bundled care initiative program that generated additional revenue and income opportunities.

In my role as Vice President, Sales & Operations with Alpha Sleep Diagnostic Centers, LLC, I joined at the start-up stage of this company and helped build it to a multi-site, multi-state organization. I established and implemented business, sales and operations management processes across the organization. I was responsible for overseeing all strategic planning, sales, marketing/advertising, business development, managed care contracting, HR/financial management, purchasing/inventory, and P&L initiatives for company. I was tasked with recruiting, training, and leading team of 15 direct reports for completing assigned tasks and projects within strict time constraints. My other responsibilities in this role included, creating marketing collateral, forms, brochures, promotional literature, and sales promotion giveaways, steering implementation of 401K program for company, assisting with due diligence initiatives for new locations and M&As, and developing a new human resource program for organization with hiring guidelines and labor/employment law compliance.
