Rena Barker is a Certified Hypnotherapist. She specializes in rapid trance-formation hypnotherapy. Helping clients experience lasting results with a wide range of issues from quitting smoking and weight loss; to anxiety and stress; to depression and childhood traumas. Her background is in teaching Yoga. Where she helped students improve their health physically and mentally. She discovered the power of hypnosis while looking for a way to help her mom in Japan who has stage 4 cancer. Realizing hypnosis could help relive not only her pain but her yoga students pain as well, she became a hypnotherapist. She graduated from an advanced hypnosis program called 5-PATH® (5 Phase, Advanced Transformational Hypnosis), and 7-PATH self-hypnosis. Taught by my mentor, Erika Flint at Cascade Hypnosis Center in Bellingham. And created by Cal Banyan at the Banyan Hypnosis Center in Dallas, Texas. She also has taken advanced Pain Management training with a leading Hypnotherapy Pain Specialist, Ron Eslinger. And she is a registered hypnotherapist in the state of WA and with the National Guild of Hypnotist. And currently Level 2 Eutaptics (combines hypnosis, NLP, Meridian tapping) practitioner and pursuing her master certification. Her sessions are unique and different than normal therapy sessions. She uses hypnosis, and Eutaptics technique to help client's big stuff, but not just that she also teaches clients how the mind works and give coping techniques while in the sessions. Releasing the problem they have and also have lifetime coping skills for the future.
