Analysing all capital expenditure including review monthly balance sheet and profit loss accounts and liaising with Corporate Finance to ensure correct re-charge of capital costs to projects, articulating monthly and quarterly dashboard updates with accuracy and timeliness, preparing ad hoc presentations and property model for submission to Property Management Committee and Audit, preparing project establishment and closure templates and managing project closure meetings to drive store closure process within six week timeframe. Reviewing monthly for cash flow forecast . Preparation of FY15 – FY17 capital budgets.Successfully created a series of management reporting tools to build and maintain stakeholder confidence for first thirty three stores and to promote cost savings initiatives for future FY14 stores currently under construction.
