Current-Leads 1:1s, pipeline calls, and performance reviews for my team of 4, as well as leads trainings and team meetings for our regional team of 10.-My team ended the 2022 year exceeding the annual team sales target for revenue by 4% and renewal count target by 4%. - Managing an individual portfolio of over 200 accounts, and ended the 2022 year generating $2.5M in revenue and a 94% retention rate.- Leads and participates in bi-weekly collaboration meetings with the Northeast Regional New Business Manager and Regional Marketing Manager- Meets with our Salesforce and Sales Ops team monthly to discuss necessary updates and reports needed for successful documentation and forecasting.
