I have a strong background in public safety, workplace safety, and payroll processing, and I am committed to delivering high-quality training programs that meet the standards and regulations of the industry. I enjoy working at Big Klass CDL School, where I can share my expertise and experience with a diverse and motivated team of instructors and students.In my current role as a CDL instructor, I train students to acquire their Commercial Driver's License through behind the wheel training, classroom lesson plans, and onsite backing training. I use effective teaching methods and tools to ensure that students learn the essential skills and knowledge to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently. I also monitor and evaluate their progress and performance, and provide them with constructive feedback and guidance. Additionally, I handle payroll processing and administrative tasks for the school, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
