Spectator Services (SPS) is the largest team working for the Islamic Games. Its mission is to provide a safe environment and welcoming experience to the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games spectators. ● working with the SPS Training Manager on the effective delivery of training programs for paid, contract andvolunteer Staff (suited to cultural and language requirements of operations in Baku)● working with the SPS Training Manager on logistic planning for training delivery (e.g. finding venues, bookingtraining rooms, scheduling training sessions, coordinating transportation)● contributing to the content design of training programs (online, multimedia, experiential)● collaborating with SPS Team Members and other departments to determine key training deliverables● managing training documents and other relevant material (e.g. proofreading and editing training content, ensuringthe fulfilment of multilingual requirements)● contributing to the design and development of the training program● assisting in training evaluations and development of improvement strategies● fulfilling additional tasks assigned within the wider SPS function
