My name is Renae; an aspiring café owner and passionate barista. Currently employed full time at Bam Bam Bakehouse and using this time to expand my knowledge on coffee, managing a café, and workplace environments. I have big dreams to open a environmentally friendly and sustainable café with a community feel. Where people can come together, communicate, bond and enjoy the moment. I will change the way people look at "work" and the standard workplace structure. It will be a workplace where employees are encouraged to guide each other, no one is higher/better than others and everyone is on their own path and are supported to follow it.
