Responsável por identificar e compreender as necessidades dos projetos e stakeholders da TradePro juntamente com a análise de mudanças de escopo e prioridades do mercado. Auxiliar as equipes e líderes dos projetos na elaboração de Sprints e priorização do Backlog, assim como, participar ativamente do processo de desenvolvimento dos projetos e gestão de times, sendo o elo entre as outras equipes e setores da empresa com a equipe de desenvolvimento e tecnologia.

As the project I started with my past experience evaluated and developed, the demands from the project increased, so I had the opportunity to lead the development team. I was responsible for creating sprints, defining backlogs, planning new features and choosing the tecnologies we would use for the project.The project was developed with React, Node, React Native, Firebase and it allows users to select and hire trade marketing professionals on demand. The entire process between the interested parties is done in the app, including the payment.

- Responsible to analyze, design, gathering requirements and start the development of a new project in the company. The project allows to hire merchandising works on demand. In this project we opted to develop it with React, Node and React Native.- Responsible to develop new features, fix bugs and maintain all projects from TradePro. Being an important part of the team, I helped my coworkers to make the best decisions and develop high complexity features. I could contribute with ideas and code that gave a touch of renewal to the project.In this experience, I worked with Java 8, JSF, JPA, MySQL, Maven, Primefaces, React, React-Native, Node and Firebase.
