At Eduvators, I lead the development of a pioneering platform designed to empower educators by demystifying the complexities of AI applications. As Technical Director, my mission is to create an accessible, user-friendly environment where educators can confidently explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies into their teaching practices. I am deeply involved in curating and contributing to content that not only educates but also engages our diverse community of learners. Our platform is committed to inclusivity, ensuring that all members have the tools they need to enhance their educational strategies and inspire their students through innovative digital media.

I teach digital media and audio recording courses and write curriculum. I also update department labs, software, and technology needs, and direct projects for grant acquisition initiatives. I built a Digital Media program including course design, labs and online courses in Canvas, and am now building an 3D/Ambiosonic Sound program for AR/VR and film at Orange Coast College.

I received a Grammy nomination in Best Traditional World Music Album category, and latest film soundtrack won over 40 film festivals. Renzone produces original audio and video content.

Senior member of the EON Reality Leadership Team. Deep understanding of EON solution including product, services, support and market expertise. Client-facing role supporting the integration of the EON technology with institutional curricular practices. Work with sales of the EON-XR, Merged XR Platform, A.I. Assisted XR and Spatial Meetings within the academic and enterprise sectors to increase productadoption by connecting EON Reality solutions to educational practice and institutional strategy. Lead academic institutional teams to develop curriculum and lessons in the AR/VR environments, integrating sound pedagogy, accessibility, learning outcomes and new learning concepts. I work closely with the Sales Team and Technical Solution teams to enable worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. I provide expertise on product integrations on both technical and client solutions. I work with the Customer Success Team on data solutions and client success.

I conduct institutional and regional research on college programs, data analytics workflow design, job forecasting and opportunities in work-force sectors, government databases, industry articles, and credential alignment. I then synthesize my findings into reports and presentations for senior leadership teams.Other contributions include: ▪ Presented research methodology and key findings as client keynote at regional meetings and national conferences.▪ Aligned credentials to jobs and analytics for transportation logistics using data analytics solutions. Noted accomplishments include:• Developed annual statewide reports for global trade and advanced transportation and logistics divisions—used by 115 state colleges.• Created user-friendly data analytics tool for statewide use—organized credentials and licenses by occupational code.

I directed data-driven institutional change and developed new programs to build bridges and enable high school students to more readily complete college-level courses in designed pathways.Other contributions included:▪ Removed barriers to increase student academic outcomes in collaboration with high school, college, and university stakeholders.▪ Redesigned college around transferable career skills and academic outcomes to reduce equity gaps in pathways.Noted accomplishments included: • Restructured college under Chancellor’s Office Guided Pathways and California Promise initiatives.• Increased completion rate in college-level Math and English courses by redesigning basic skills system.

I supported 115 California community colleges in planning Career and Technical Education (CTE) on a regional capacity. I also developed models and best practices in conjunction with stakeholders to improve the CTE course, study program, and reporting system deliverables.Other contributions included:▪ Facilitated seamless integration with college, regional, and statewide collection and reporting processes.▪ Liaised with Chancellor’s Office and partner organizations to drive common metrics with data collection and reporting.Noted accomplishments included: • Founded National Workforce Credential Coalition to improve alignment between academic and industry-awarded credentials.• Initiated statewide LaunchBoard data system and measured academic and employment effects.• Established data exchange processes with CTE award holders on third-party credentials.

Coordinated workforce and economic development programs and data tools with Chancellor’s Office executive team. Led statewide initiatives including industry certifications. Provided technical assistance with CTE and workforce development to 115 community colleges.

I oversaw departmental coordination, division staffing, course scheduling, and budget planning. I also represented the department among institute and community constituencies.Other contributions included:▪ Managed 55 faculty across four disciplines.▪ Developed certificates, transfer degrees, stackable credentials, and third-party credential preparation to ensure industry alignment.Noted accomplishments included:▪ Redesigned CTE curriculum and pathways to align with most current needs.

Developed a state-of-the-art broadcast/teleconferencing studio to deliver live education about marine life and conservation from the aquarium to education facilities worldwide. Trained staff in the areas of producing, broadcasting, and editing.

Designed and manufactured new Swan Ganz Catheters to be used for Cardiac Surgery. Performed testing on new products to meet FDA requirements. Developed manufacturing in Puerto Rico facilities. Trained anesthesiologists on use of new catheter products during cardiac surgeries.

Conducted NIH-funded research on early detection of colon cancer. Published findings in major medical journals with Dr. Richard Davies.
