- Management of the entire maintenance structure for the production area, multidisciplinary team of more than 40 people, including supervisors, analysts, technicians, assistants and interns, through the use of people management tools and concepts (DISC, SMART goals)- Responsible for implementing the best practices of WCM, from the conceptualization and design of the pillars, value stream mapping, coordination of implementation and auditing of execution (Lean, TPM, RCM, WCM, FMECA)- Head of Finance for the maintenance structure, which includes overseeing finances, including accounting, auditing, risk management, financial strategy, budgets, cost management and operating expenses, managing over 65 million Brazilian reals (OpEx)

- Responsible for the maintenance of all packaging lines- Responsible for the purified water system of the plant- Quality deviation investigator- Multidisciplinary team management (maintenance and tools), through the use of management tools and people management concepts Ex .: SMART technique for defining goals, application of DISC as support for knowledge of professional profile and function definition, among others.- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of one of the pillars of AZSS (AstraZeneca's agile supply system program).- Coordinating TPM implementation- Coordinating RCM implementation- Opex and CApex planning and management

- Coordinate the preparation and ensure compliance with Maintenance Plans- Business Owner SAP _ PM Module- Creation and Management of Engineering KPIs Safety and Environment, Quality, Service, Cost and People Pillars.- Management and control of the technical warehouse.- Planning of major maintenance shutdowns- Application of Reliability Centered Maintenance concepts- Application of Lean Six Sigma concepts- Implement the best practices of the Cotia Site Maintenance Process maturity level in alignment with the Global Maintenance Process at AZ;- Actively participate in global team meetings sharing ways of working and supporting other team members.- Employee training for opening Maintenance Requests “Notes”, closing and punching Work Orders in the PM-SAP module.- Creating Purchase Requisitions for Materials, Parts and Maintenance Related Services.- Support to Production/Laboratory in all matters related to Maintenance/ Equipment/Instrument Qualification.- Supporting Site Utility activities.- Creating and Reviewing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).- Effective participation in Audits related to Maintenance processes.
