Greetings. My name is Renan and I'm a professional in career transition to the Software Development area, currently working as a Full Support Analyst.My journey began as a support trainee, and over the course of 3 years, I grew within the sector, accumulating valuable experience in customer service. For over a year now, I have been working as a Full Support Analyst, where I have honed my skills in communication, teamwork, problem solving and creating/extracting queries in PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.In addition, I am about to complete my bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at the University of the Joinville Region. In parallel, I'm also studying English at Wizard.My interests as a back-end developer are mainly in Java and Spring Boot, and I'm constantly looking to improve my skills through online courses and my own projects. I enjoy the challenges that Software Development presents and I'm looking forward to contributing my experience and continuous learning to this journey.
