Com a minha chegada esse processo foi estruturado, implementado e trouxe para a organização uma maior visibilidade das variações de custo, prazo, escopo, etc... ocorridos no projeto. Além disso, para efetivar a mudança uma série de requisitos foram definidos. Esses requisitos visam trazer maior detalhes para a tomada de decisão da organização. Quanto ao processo de gestão de riscos, este foi revisado e melhor alinhado as diretrizes corporativas. O procedimento foi definido, relatórios de status implementado e padronizado.Responsável pela gestão integrada, consolidação, validação e reporte de todas as informações da Diretoria de Projetos, bem como todas as áreas de interface, para divulgação aos Diretores, grupo internacional e investidores. Até então, não existia alguém com a visão integrada e holística para munir a alta liderança com suas demandas de informação e certificar que as informações estavam corretas e atualizadas. Com a minha chegada, o processo de report evoluiu, ganhou robustez, consistência e assertividade, traduzindo de fato o que a alta liderança deseja visualizar em diferentes situações.
