MAFINDO (Masyarakat Anti Fitnah Indonesia) is Indonesia's first citizen-led fact-checking organization since 2016 and became a signatory of the International Fact Check Network in 2018. MAFINDO produces plenty of fact-checking reports and actively educates the public about misinformation and disinformation in grassroots outreach. - Produced 150+ fact-checking articles and publish them on several verified platforms, such as Turn Back Hoax and covid19.go.id.- Speaker at the Institute of Government & Public Policy, University of East London online event "Tackling Online Misinformation and Disinformation" in January 2022.- Featured on UNICEF Human Interest Story in May 2021 as my contribution to combating COVID-19 misinformation in Indonesia.- Speaker at Literasi Digital Netizen Fair 2021 in Pontianak held by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology and Siberkreasi with 300+ audiences online and offline.- Facilitator to guide groups in the weekly virtual fact-checking workshop program "Kelas Kebal Hoaks”, which had over 500 participants nationwide in 2021.- Invited to join APAC Trusted Media Summit 2020 held by Google News Initiative in Singapore.
