• Internal Auditor from Global Internal Audit department, reporting to the LATAM regional Internal Audit head (Brazil headquarters) and to the Global IT Internal Audit Manager (UK headquarters).• Responsible for leading and executing audit engagements at Experian Brazil and Colombia locations, providing independent opinion over IT internal controls, in order to add value to business: o Participation on planning, execution and reporting phases of audit work; o Support in the development of Internal Audit plan to Latin America region; o Carry out of audit working papers, findings and drafts reports• International experience dealing with Experian units in Colombia, US and England.• Participation within internal initiatives related to Data Analytics and Data Visualization with TABLEAU, MS Excel and Experian Pandora.

• Responsible for leading the execution of Cyber Security Maturity Assessments, Vulnerability Analysis and Penetration tests, reporting to local Management, and ensuring compliance with projects delivery target dates and results.• Control of activities schedule, assistance in project team management and reports review, being the primary contact to clients and assisting in decision making.• Information Security strategy development, aligned with financial and market goals, combined with internal policies and procedures development and reviews.• Monitoring and evaluation of activities and results obtained during disaster recovery plan and business continuity tests.• Development and presentation internal training to cyber security team, about internal procedures and services provided.

• Cyber Security maturity level analysis, through interviews, evidence gathering and data analysis comparing its results with good practices and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, SANS, PCI and others.• Vulnerabilities assessments and penetration tests, using automated tools and manual techniques in IT infrastructures and web applications.• Internal audit of IT and IS activities and controls (ITGC), as change management process, identity and access management and firewall configurations, by performing interviews, evidences technical validation.• Assistance in cyber security policies development.• Development of internal vulnerabilities management and reports generation application.• Development of reports with both technical and executive views.• Development of a vulnerability management reports application, improving the quality and detail of the delivered results, reducing hours and effort required to carry out these activities.

• Training and assistance of new help desk analysts.• Technical level 1 support, by phone and remote access to internal clients.• Assistance in the supervision of the support analysts’ team.

• Development of internal web application used to control internal activities orders and manage internet and phone services quality.• Organization of monthly meetings to alignment of internal metrics and objectives with technical managers from other sectors of services quality support.• Telephone support to technicians responsible for home care assistance.
