The Local Innovation Agents (ALI) focus on facilitating the implementation of Innovation Management in small businesses to increase productivity. In this process, my goal was to help traditional companies innovate and become digital by using agile methodologies, providing increased revenue and cost reduction. Some of the main activities developed include diagnosis, indicators measurement, report preparation, presentations and group dynamics, data collection, interaction with the parties involved, application of agile methodologies tools, and fostering the innovation ecosystem.

Responsible for the business plan preparation, planning, and managing of the entire project, which involved prospecting new customers, market analysis and viability, data analysis, elaboration of marketing campaigns, customer service, and relationships with customers and suppliers. To achieve results, we focused on managing the sales, financial, and online marketing performance indicators. A vital asset was the articulation with laundries and large companies to enable essential partnerships and contracts for the company.

As an agricultural management consultant, the focus was on developing statistical analysis tools to assist rural producers in making decisions on significant investments. Together with other consultants, we worked on risk management and agricultural planning to reduce the potential risk of operations and generate savings for producers. Among the main activities, we can mention the development of statistical forecasting instruments for investments, market research, data analysis, risk analysis, management, and medium/long-term planning.

As Production Manager for Hydroya, the goal was to search for greater efficiency in the company's hydroponics production process, and the results were excellent. I also worked side-by-side with the responsible Agronomist, analyzing the project execution focusing on the quality and the established goals, and accompanying and assisting managers in the project’s progress. At Hydroya, I was able to create and manage production indicators, systematize information, and propose alternatives to solve the identified problems. This role also involved the delimitation of goals alongside the board of directors and other managers, monitoring results to achieve the company's goals. When necessary, support was provided to the board of directors and other managers in negotiations with large companies in the sector and matters within its technical competence.
