Graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a Postgraduate degree in Business Finance from the same institution, I have obtained important certifications and courses in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma and Power BI. More than 10 years of experience in Technology and Insurance segments, in companies such as IBM, Sulamérica, in addition to Prudential do Brasil, where I acquired strong expertise in the life insurance market, working with Commission Planning, Risks and ProjectsAmong my main professional achievements, I highlight my 10-year journey at Prudential do Brasil Seguros de Vida SA. During 2013 and 2019, I was responsible for the financial modeling of commission rules and incentives for the company's sales channels – franchisees and Third Party Distribution.Another significant recognition occurred at the beginning of 2020, already allocated in the Strategy and Risks Team, when I was responsible for monitoring and sharing, with the CEO, an assessment of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic over the company's operations. At the end of the same year, I joined the Strategic Projects Team. In this department, I played the role of PMO in projects to strengthen the Franchise channel – actions that resulted in the company joining the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) in 2021.Solid expertise in data analysis, support and monitoring of commercial results, Business Intelligence, scenario analysis, KPI management and executive presentations. Knowledge in project management with CAPM certification awarded by PMI and in process improvement approaches – Lean Six Sigma.
