Focus on the maturity of processes in Technology, oriented for the main market methodologies (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, CMMI). Relationship with service management cells (e.g. Incident Management, Transition Problems, Changes, Planning & Support) under the perspective of definition and continuous improvement of processes.

Focal point of relantionship with Operations (Industrial and Logistics) and SAP Support. Responsible for the new services transition into production, activities of offender management and supporting the handling of critical incidents. Reengineering of the processes of Transition Planning and Support and Problem Management following ITIL standards.

Portfolio of projects including budgets > 3MM, implemented both in waterfall and agile methodologies. Manager of the first project qualified as concept A-100% in Governance by the Votorantim Cimentos' annual external audit. Focus on operations and industry-oriented projects. Responsible for the project management in all aspects, including budget management, third-party management, RFP/RFQ and technical evaluation, executive reports and committees, change management, governance and documentation.

Development and execution of Votorantim Cimento's Global Performance Program, implementation of systems focused on KPI management and operational excellence, analysis of operational and financial performance of plants, feasibility studies for green field and expansion projects, and other activities related to the performance management of Votorantim Cimento's plants around the world.
