Strategy & Operations public sector consultant; helped transform a state's health and human services business processes to support the implementation of a new integrated eligibility system, as well as accommodate changes from the Affordable Care Act.

Team lead for a feasibility study to evaluate alternatives for replacing or enhancing a state child support bureau’s automated child support case management system. Developed evaluation criteria, technical and functional requirements, performed cost/benefit analysis, and recommended chosen alternative for federal approval.Previous: Summer Associate (May 2011 - August 2011) Assisted with a workforce development initiative for a state agency. Interviewed staff and contributed to a final report with specific recommendations for revised job profiles and learning and performance management strategies.

• Helped create an academic and athletic non-profit, City FC (www.cityfc.org), to serve the youth of DC by combining a free travel soccer program with academic mentorship and community building opportunities. • Directed the academic program: organized and led monthly workshops, maintained a volunteer database, matched students with tutors, provided direct support, and assisted with college/boarding school recruitment. • Assisted with the execution of club-wide programming: fundraising events, monthly meetings, and opportunities such as a partnership with DC Health Services for Children with Special Needs to run a summer soccer clinic.
