Talent Academy is a startup created by the second generation of partners of the MBA Empresarial Group, a reference in talent assessment and management since 1990.My journey as an entrepreneur began after a decade working as a business and tech reporter at Editora Abril and TV Globo, where I had the opportunity to cover some of the most inspiring companies and events in the world, such as the Pope Francis' visit to Cuba in 2016 and the Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem as a correspondent of GloboNews.
