Managed $1M annual grant budget, including full lifecycle of grant process including RFP development, grantee selection for consideration, Board presentation, and post-grant portfolio management. Founder and Director of Foundation’s West Coast Office. Directed Hitachi’s Corporate/Foundation community relations program and activities in North America. Co-designed and implemented volunteer program, including skills-based approach to community engagement. Co-created and launched a tool that defines quality and strategy for Hitachi’s CSR efforts.
