Como cofundadora da empresa, participei de todas as etapas do desenvolvimento do conceito da marca, do modelo da loja, bem como da elaboração e execução do projeto. Como Gerente Operacional atuo para garantir que o conceito estabelecido lá atrás seja comunicado de forma clara e cativante não apenas aos nossos clientes, como também aos nossos colaboradores. Para isso é preciso:1) Selecionar e gerir a equipe de operação, com ênfase no desenvolvimento dos talentos de nossos colaboradores através da capacitação contínua e gestão de pessoas.2) Definir, padronizar e controlar processos operacionais de modo a garantir que a loja esteja sempre organizada e pronta para receber o cliente, bem como garantir que o atendimento, conforto e conveniência que oferecemos encante o cliente.3) Acompanhar e analisar os indicadores de modo a ajustar a operação com agilidade.

Currently managing a staff of forty-six employees in a local supermarket chain. In the last year, there's been a 15,32% reduction in the company's losses. Among others, some of my responsibilities include:1) Preparing and presenting reports with data regarding our purchases, sales and losses.2) Identifying the company's most critical losses, their sources, and defining strategies to combat them.3) Participating in upper management meetings to discuss the company's strategies.4) Inspecting our stores to ensure their compliance with our guidelines and procedures.5) Training employees that occupy leadership roles in the particularities of the supermarket retail business in order to prevent losses caused by lack of expertise.

Prior to my admission, the implementation of a Loss Prevention Program was attempted by an outside consultant with a more authoritative style but it was unsuccess. So I was hired to restructure the Program and implement a Loss Prevention Department within the company. This was achieved mainly through the intensive training of Loss Prevention Officers in the particularities of the Supermarket Retail segment, adoption of new guidelines and procedures based on data supplied by the National Supermarkets Association (ABRAS), among other measures.

As an Assistant Project Manager my responsibilities included:1) Conduct Scrum meetings.2) Assist teams in composing the required documentation for high-priority projects.3) Write a monthly productivity report for each BI project, and send them to the Financial Department for billing.4) Update and organize the department's documents in the company's database. Schedule training sessions for our clients' employees.5) Mediate our department's interactions with the HR and Financial Departments.6) Compose and update a spreadsheet to keep track of the equipment the company provides to each analyst.

As an Export Assistent Intern my responsibilities included:1) Contact potential clients to introduce the company and present our portfolio.2) Greet foreing clients and take them on a tour around our factory.3) Explain how our products are made, and intermediate negotiations between the Chinese Executives and the clients.4) Assist the company's Export Expert through contract negotiation and customs clearance procedures.5) Attend International Trade and Business events to represent the Company.

As an English Teacher my responsibilities included:1) Teach the English languague to students of all ages.2) Correct their homework and exams.3) Keep parents of younger students informed about their children's progress in class.4) Fill out reports on the student's development regularly.
