I am a lawyer, with a Master's in Human Rights and a Master's in Critical Analysis of Gender Inequality and Comprehensive Intervention of Violence. I reside in Spain and I am fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling me to communicate effectively in global environments. With over six years of experience in legal advising and consulting on gender equality, addressing gender-based violence, and human rights, I have worked with governmental organizations and university research projects. Additionally, I have supported civil society organizations and associations, and contributed to the drafting of parliamentary bills.Currently, I work as a Human Resources Consultant at Adecco Spain, in both the staffing and recruitment areas, providing support to local and multinational clients. My main tasks include daily work with ERP systems, managing Office Suite, customer service, analyzing large volumes of data, handling confidential information, among others.My previous experience includes team coordination of up to 40 people in the field of human rights, where I have developed equality plans, protocols against gender-based violence and harassment, drafted bills, conducted organizational diagnostics on these matters, published articles in scientific journals, and provided legal advice in legal-administrative processes. I have worked in hybrid, remote, and on-site modes, I also value teamwork, and consider myself a responsible person, open and adaptable to change.I am interested in working in different organizations, both in the public and private sectors, to gain knowledge in various fields.
