For 20 years, I pursued a corporate career and held senior executive roles despite all odds: I had kids, moved countries, studied as a mature-aged student, and had health problems, all of which can really de-rail one's career progression! I also applied for roles successfully and unsuccessfully, had great jobs and terrible jobs, and with the help of my network, mentors, and coaches, I found my way to the top.
