I was part of a team created to expand the scope of the practice toward large-scale projects. I have supported Partners in developing complex commissions that involved diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary engagement. I played a crucial role in developing numerous projects requiring a global understanding of processes and logistics thanks to my comprehensive design and planning knowledge, from concept to construction. I have successfully migrated to BIM project development and management alongside the office’s transition in 2015 by working closely with the BIM-management team. I have had the opportunity to work on commissions that took full advantage of cloud-based BIM applications, from the careful renovation of historical buildings to the masterplan of city expansions. I specialized in delivering comprehensive construction documentation in synch with MEP, structures, FF&E, among others.

I was responsible for vital administrative tasks and operations management beyond design supervision. I supported the implementation of the office’s standards for the monitoring and quality assurance of data and workflows based on ISO9000 directives (non-certified). I provided an essential interface between Partners and the office’s accounting team for financial and contract revenue planning and human resources allocation. I supervised architectural and urban commissions, overseeing design development from schematic design to building documentation and site supervision. I also specialized in coordinating social and physical surveys related to urban regeneration plans with the use of GIS databases, as well as participatory planning processes and community engagement. I was equally responsible for overseeing that the technical requirements of all documentation delivered to clients and project partners complied with rigorous office standards.

I worked with interior design in private houses, retail, and hospitality. I was responsible for developing projects from basic design to execution (including bespoke FF&E), also acting as a construction site supervisor in specific cases.

I had the opportunity to work with the most varied scales, from large-scale urban and architectural projects to furniture and interior design projects. As an architect, I was responsible for all the compatibility of urban and architectural plans and the execution of drawings from their conceptual phase to the development of executive drawings for construction. In addition, I coordinated small teams with interns and other architects and acted as a construction site supervisor in specific cases.
