We create a Multiplier Effect by inspiring high-growth entrepreneurs to dream bigger, supporting and investing in them to scale faster, and providing a platform to pay it forward.Why We Do It: To build thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging and underserved markets around the world.Responsibilities:- Designed and implemented advocacy strategies to improve Brazilian business regulations and enhance international competitiveness, focusing on innovation, tax reform, diversity, and entrepreneurship.- Developed and led Endeavor’s ESG strategy, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.- Managed and led Endeavor’s Institutional and Government Affairs team in Brazil, overseeing a team of 10 people.- Built and strengthened partnerships with policymakers, NGOs, academics, associations, government agencies, congresspeople, and businesses to advance Endeavor’s objectives.- Supervised policy research and coordinated the preparation of position papers.- Mapped risks and mitigated potential crises that could positively or negatively impact the organization.- Supported Endeavor’s fundraising efforts with major donors.- Established and implemented metrics (OKRs) to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategy and fostering positive impact and transformation in Brazil.- Engaged key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.- Served as a spokesperson at events, panels, and public hearings in Congress.

- Supported the design and inauguration of Endeavor’s Advocacy team.- Represented Endeavor Brazil at the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC) in Istanbul - Turkey (2018).

Responsible for desk research, data collection, and partnerships for some key studies at Endeavor, such as Endeavor’s Entrepreneurial Cities Index and the research on Red Tape for Brazilian companies.

- O Pra Ser Justo é um movimento da sociedade civil, suprapartidário, empenhado em debater e aprovar uma reforma tributária justa e transparente no Brasil. Alguns resultados em 3 anos de atuação:+ 22 milhões de impressões em redes sociais+ 400 matérias, sendo 4 capas de veículos tier 1 (Estadão e O Globo)+ R$ 3 milhões em recursos geridos, captados junto a PFs e PJs+ 200 parlamentares e membros do executivo diretamente impactados.+ 20 pesquisas, position papers e notas técnicas realizadas- Participação e/ou organização de mais de 20 eventos, treinamentos ou aulas sobre o tema.+ 100 organizações e formadores de opinião (economistas, influenciadores e colunistas) mobilizados para a assinatura de manifestos, troca de informações e colaboração para ações coordenadas. Algumas conquistas: - emendas e sugestões incorporadas ao texto final da PEC aprovada em 2023; - agradecimento público ao movimento por membros do legislatvo e executivo; - dados de pesquisa do Pra Ser Justo sobre cashback utilizados pelo Governo Federal; - carta compromisso com a Reforma Tributária assinado por 10 candidatos e candidatas às presidências da Câmara e do Senado de 2021, dentre eles Artur Lira e Simone Tebet.- manifesto de 70 pessoas economistas, empresárias, acadêmicas e políticas a favor da reforma tributária, dentre os quais constam ex-Ministros e presidentes do BC; - assinatura do manifesto “Em defesa da reforma ampla e justa” em conjunto com a CNI, o Comsefaz, o Sindifisco Nacional, a Febrafite, a Fenafim, o CCiF, o Destrava Brasil, e o CLP, com entrega para o presidente do senado, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD/MG) e para o relator da Reforma Tributária à época, Roberto Rocha (PL/MA).

Since 2017, they have trained approximately 2.000 Brazilians, among which 153 were elected to the National Congress, Legislative Assemblies, City Halls, and City Councils.

Researcher at the Federal University of Pernambuco and the Brazilian’s Heritage Secretariat (Secretaria da Patrimônio da União): Land Regularization Project (low-income settlements at the Guararapes National Park) - Interviewed and registered more than 500 families living in low-income settlements (Córrego do Balaio and Córrego da Batalha).- Helped create a database with information about all families living at these low-income settlements. The database was used as an input for the legal process of land tenure regularization between the Brazilian Government and these families.
