* Project conception and business-case elaboration acting as PMO in the main Corporate Sustainability Projects.* Project Manager in public-private partnerships for the management of pesticides banned in the 1980s and which remain on rural properties, presenting high environmental and public health risks. The projects were aligned to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (UN). Management of cross-functional teams with over 20 people from companies, institutions, government agencies contracted to withdraw and destroy banned products. Main Environmental Results: cleaning up 2,082 rural properties containing 1,222 tons of banned pesticides withdrawn and destroyed in Paraná; 327 rural properties, 300 tons in São Paulo.* Management of complex projects with cross-functional teams focused on financial self-sufficiency of the Institute, such as cost reductions, development and application of new recycling technologies, continuous operation improvements, and reduced environmental risks. Main Projects Executed: increased plastic-packaging recyclability, expanded environmental licensing for +300 receiving points in Brazil receiving from farmers past-due pesticides that could occasion high environmental risk and impact in the field (100 tons/year of residue destined for recycling).* Coordination of Lifecycle Assessment studies, analyzing carbon footprint/greenhouse gas impacts in accordance with the GHG Protocol, Water Footprint and social impact.* Sustainability KPI reporting (national and international): residues, greenhouse-gases, water, effluents, social impact.* Support for elaboration and validation of GRI/Sustainability Report.* Monitoring legal and normative projects assessing their applicability and impacts of regulatory frameworks. * Responsible for implementing QMS ISO 9001:2008, and its maintenance between 2011 and 2014.* Brazilian Corporate Lifecycle Assessment Network Member.
