I have Post-Grade studies on Organizational Coaching and Culture Transformation by USAL in Argentina. I'm a certified Coach in OCI/OEI (Human Synergistic's Organizational Culture Inventory and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory), and specialist in Culture diagnostics.
