The Training Navigator allows employees faster access to all available training offers including eModules, eNuggets, videos and eTutorials. This interactive Academy Training Port offers innovative new learning technologies and methodologies including blended learning solutions, virtual topic- and target-group specific training series, training videos and learning collections for all business units as well as cutting edge Mixed Reality applications. To foster digitalization and empower the employees to be able to use new technologies and digital tools, we are constantly developing and updating our portfolio with new programs, training offers and formats. In our streaming & broadcasting studio we conduct virtual/hybrid onboarding sessions for newcomers as well as customer events worldwide.

Expanded the textile academy to include the leather business. Developed target group specific qualification measures for employees as well as the first external training offers for customers and business partners.
