As an Account Executive, my role encompassed a diverse set of responsibilities that drove our success. I proactively engaged in cold calling to expand our client base while also addressing inquiries and concerns from our existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction. Beyond the office, I diligently visited designated territories, making door-to-door visits and building strong relationships with Property Managers. Setting up appointments with property managers was essential in nurturing these connections. Additionally, I managed financial aspects efficiently, creating invoices using QuickBooks and Jobber. My commitment to growth extended to attending networking events and industry conference such as Building Expo, the Condo Conference, and CCI events, where I broadened our network and industry knowledge. Through these efforts, I am proud to say that I contributed to a remarkable 20% increase in sales.
