- Ensure all sites in Naypitaw region was implemented by contractors within acceptable quality level and within the Apollo standard specifications and work guidelines.- Manage site acceptance inspection exercise and control of as-built documentation. Site As-built Build Pack documentation review prior to (PAT/FAT) inspection  Coordination with project team and with sub-contractors prior to site acceptance visit.  Close coordination with sub-contractor and project team Drive sub-con to rectify snags or site work deficiency prior to FAT visit.  Conduct site random inspection visit to ongoing project to make sure work quality standard is adhered. Perform all necessary physical check and equipment test in making sure works has been carried out as per company standard and design on Tower Verticality, Tower HDB Levelling, Bolt Torque Test, Earthing Resistivity, Foundation Concrete Test, and Site Power Tests  Climbing tower to make sure tower has been erected as per the tower design Attend SSR and TSS and preparation of reports

- Manage the Project Support Office in providing effective services to support O&M and Projects within the Operations in ATC Ghana.- Responsible for Supply Chain Management- Responsible for governance of PSO end to end process CAPEX and OPEX Budget Forecasting and monitoring actual expenditure Manage Procurement and Logistics Team to make sure daily task required to support Projects & Operation is delivered.  Planning and Ordering of Forecasted CAPEX Materials and OPEX Spare Parts  Prepare RFP/RFQ document based on project and operations requirements and launching RFP or RFQ..  Set-up committee meeting for opening of RFP proposals from responding vendors and prepare an excel data comparison on both Technical and Commercial proposal received from RFP submission.  Develop a motivation slide from the RFP/RFQ analysis result to be presented to Tender Committee prior to vendor/supplier selection and approval to place order.  Monitor warehouse inventory level to ensure PR’s are raised once stock available is at minimum level.  Develop and maintain a company standard price book  Provide support to Operations and Maintenance team daily activity  Validate PO processes ensuring all prices are based on standard price  Develop Processes and policy  Monitor CAPEX and OPEX Actual Service Cost spend and ensure to obtain savings  Validation and Control of Supplier and Service Vendor Invoices and reconciliation based on actual work done.  Manage Contract – Both Material Supply and Vendors Service Contract  Assist Operations team in resolving project related issues by understanding root cause and providing best cost-effective solution and secure approval from Management for execution.  Work closely with Project Team, Operations Team, Warehouse and Logistics, and Finance, Legal and other external service partners Negotiation with Supplier and Service Vendors Drafting of RFP document prior to lunch RFP.
