Industrial Engineer with experience in human resources and organizational change projects in multinational companies, aligning HR with the company strategy and business plans. Over 15 years experience in HR in Chile, 5 in Switzerland and 4 in Latin America.I worked for several years in the HR field for the Swiss company Holcim in Switzerland, Argentina, Chile and as regional HR consultant for Latin America. I was strongly involved in the definition of corporate HR initiatives, being responsible for implementing them throughout the region coordinating, supporting and giving guidance to GM in all local operating companies. I also worked several years for the American company Fluor and for family companies in Chile. I have been responsible for all HR functions during my career having the opportunity to work in different sectors and in several countries. Leading corporate HR projects and organizational change initiatives gave me the experience and ability to build strong relationships with line managers and to involve people from different levels and cultures to achieve the objectives. My personal characteristic is to give integral advice to managers, leading and jointly implementing pragmatic initiatives according to the mission, vision, and strategic guidelines. I act as a catalyst and as a change agent within the organization, trying to build strong and trusting relationships among all the actors in order to achieve corporation´s objectives.
