About Renato Lopes

IT Manager with over 15 years of IT experience and over 7 years of leadership experience.I started my IT Career in Customer Service and many years later it's interesting to see how the Customer Service mindset has stuck with me and how it has helped me through the various roles that I've held in my career.I went from helping end users with their IT issues to facilitating the Change Advisory Board meetings amongst various leaders in the organization to become a leader myself.
