As Chief of Staff, I liaise between the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, our employees and all other stakeholders of Andermatt Swiss Alps and coordinate all existing and upcoming management and operational requirements. As head of the CEO Office, I additionally coordinate all activities and projects that run through it, in particular the topics of Corporate Sustainability & ESG and Customer Satisfaction.

As a consultant in the fields of finance transformation and performance management my main goal is to help our clients to successfully manage global challenges they face and to make a sustainable impact that really matters. With constant and rapid technological disruptions, finance executives need strategies to design, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions for finance processes, operations, and supporting technology. As Business Manager at Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. I am involved in project and portfolio management at the interface between IT and Finance. It is my responsibility as part of the team to enable IT to improve business performance. Especially with regard to financial management of the ongoing and future projects. Furthermore, the focus of my work is on managing IT financials and driving related processes in close collaboration with stakeholders across Business and IT within Credit Suisse.

As part of the Digital Insurance Team of the Institute of Insurance Economics at the University of St.Gallen, I am responsible for three tings. First of all, for the digital transformation of the Institute and for business development and communications of the Competence in Insurance Management Initiative (CIM-HSG). Secondly, I am focusing on digital learning in the area of executive education of the Institute. And last but not least, Big Data is playing an increasingly important role in this industry as well. Its potential needs to be explored in order to develop concrete application possibilities in digital insurance.
