I lead a lot of project in order to migrate new customer to a standard T-Systems Mainframe architecture and moving of the Data Center. I worked also in the following areas :a. GDPS – Metro Global Mirror implementation. Long term implementation of a configuration GDPS with Global Mirror and Hyperswap Manager; b. BC/BR/DR procedure development and testing. Test and maintain of disaster recovery procedure from z/OS and storage. c. Software distribution for IBM & OEM system software.d Manage infrastructure implementation and change with supplier, like devices, subsystems and CPU change, adding new channels, new directors and projects with development groups e Manage incidents, escalations, resolutions, and reportingf Provide support to the application teams for all technological changesSince 2005 I have had a significant role for the audit ISAE 3402 (for SOX compliance) and in 2011 I was appointed as coordinator of the audit ISAE 3402 for T-Systems Italy. During this period I was involved in process implementation (using ITIL standard) for T-systems Italy and I was appointed as "Change Manager" (2006-2009), "Incident Manager" (2011) and "Process Implementation responsible" (2009-2011).
