Guided by curiosity, problem solving with creativity, committed to meeting deadlines, high-powered in technology, I hold MSc and PhD in computer science and computational mathematics at São Paulo University working with applied machine learning in social robots, with an overall 7 years of experience in teaching and research, with 5 years as leader.Highly competitive, excellent adaptability and enjoy facing big challenges with generating results, whether leading or being part of a team, I developed a social robotic architecture applying three areas of study: machine learning, computer vision and psychology. Also, I was part of a team that was able to take a stalled project ("Virtual Physical Therapy Coach") and developed it to interesting results. Finally, in a month, with new partners, I and two colleagues generated eight new research projects, where initially, four of them have applied machine learning and two works with natural language processing.I am native Portuguese, advanced English and basic Spanish speaker. I have knowledge in C++, Python (ML libraries), OpenCv library, SQL, Linux (Debian) user and latex.
