I developed Sales and General Management skills with the introduction of two different appliances brands in the Spanish market: Remington and Russell Hobbs. We tripled sales in 6 years, from 5M to 15 M, in a declining market. I enjoy Team Management as much as being with customers. People are any business biggest challenge. It’s more effective to inspire a team than to instruct people. I enjoy coaching and support growing leaders. In an Omnichannel context, Sales&Marketing need to work closer than ever before. Online sales are real and a big opportunity for many companies. I started working with Amazon in 2010, it’s been a long and exciting way. Business needs a genuine vision, followed by good execution.
